Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant prepares monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations to facilitate the monthly accounting close, analyzing variances in the P&L and Balance Sheet to report results to management. The role involves ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial statement schedules in accordance with US GAAP and internal policies while providing critical thinking to articulate the reasons behind financial fluctuations. This position requires coordinating with cross-functional departments, supporting audits, and mentoring less experienced team members to drive process improvements and internal controls.
