About this role

The Senior Advisor, Labor Relations provides day-to-day contract administration and responds to labor inquiries from management and employees. The role involves establishing and maintaining effective relationships with union leadership, negotiating and administering labor agreements, and conferring with labor organizations on behalf of management. This position also serves as a subject matter expert for labor relations issues, including impacts and effects bargaining, grievance handling, and arbitration representation.
