About this role

Baxter is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Commercial Analytics team, partnering with Sales, Finance, and Commercial Operations to derive insights from complex data. The role involves building reporting, validating pipeline and contract data, and supporting commercial decision-making through accurate, timely analytics using SQL, Alteryx, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain recurring sales and commercial performance reporting
Support pipeline and forecasting analytics by extracting and validating opportunity data
Build dashboards tracking bookings, pipeline health, win rates, and sales execution metrics
Perform contract analytics including pricing validation and volume commitments
Reconcile reported sales, contracted pricing, and revenue assumptions with finance

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
