Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end incentive compensation cycles across assigned IBU markets
Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau or Power BI for sales operations
Conduct quota allocations, payout calculations, and field performance reporting
Analyze commercial performance and prescriber dynamics to inform brand decisions
Partner with sales, finance, and global stakeholders to align on methodology
