Senior Associate

PKF O’Connor Davies is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Transaction Advisory Services practice, focusing on supporting and executing financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. The role involves performing buy-side and sell-side due diligence, preparing quality of earnings and financial analyses, and assisting with client-ready reports and presentations. This position requires strong analytical skills, a solid accounting foundation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with Managers and Partners.
