Senior Associate

PKF O’Connor Davies is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Transaction Advisory Services practice, focusing on supporting and executing financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. This hands-on, client-facing role involves performing buy-side and sell-side due diligence, preparing quality of earnings and working capital analyses, and assisting with transaction-related matters. The position requires strong analytical skills, a solid accounting foundation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with managers, partners, and external stakeholders.
