Senior Attorney

This role serves as a senior level attorney supporting the Boards of Trustees for Janus Henderson’s U.S. retail and intermediary mutual fund products, providing independent legal judgment and regulatory interpretation under the Investment Company Act of 1940. The attorney will handle day-to-day legal execution on board and governance matters, prepare decision-ready materials, and support annual investment advisory contract reviews. The position requires advising on governance policies, product development, and major legal projects while ensuring strong board operations and regulatory compliance.
