The Senior Benefits and Onboarding Specialist is the primary subject-matter expert responsible for administering employee benefits and onboarding programs across the AWE ecosystem. This role ensures benefits, retirement programs, leaves, accommodations, and Workers’ Compensation processes are managed accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations. The specialist partners with People Services leadership, payroll, finance, and external vendors to support a consistent, positive team member experience across multiple entities.
