The Senior Capital Campaign Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the IINE Lowell capital campaign, Built to Belong, supporting the organization's permanent community hub. The role owns day-to-day campaign execution, drives campaign strategy, manages prospect coordination, donor communications, and volunteer engagement, and ensures the campaign progresses through all phases. This position reports to the Senior Director of Principal and collaborates with cross-functional teams to advance major gift prospects and achieve campaign goals.
