8–12 years of experience in end-to-end capture and proposal management specifically related to the Department of Defense (DoD)Proven Win Record: A successful track record of leading and winning competitive proposals (ideally in the $50M–$100M+ range)Expert Knowledge: Deep familiarity with DoD procurement, the FAR/DFARS, and non-traditional pathways like OTAs and Middle Tier of Acquisition (Section 804)Exceptional Writing Skills: The ability to generate large volumes of high-quality technical and management prose on short timelinesStartup Grit: Experience and aptitude for building processes 'where none exist' and the flexibility to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
