Senior Children and Youth Services Liaison

About this role
The Senior Children and Youth Services Liaison serves as the primary point of contact between child-serving state agencies, providers, families, and the health plan to facilitate transitions into and out of children’s services. The role supports coordination of care, ensures access to necessary services, and provides training and technical assistance to improve communication across juvenile systems of care. It also partners with clinical and quality teams to support oversight and care planning for children in higher levels of care.
