The Regional Specialty Provider Liaison for the Children and Families Specialty Plan (CFSP) supports DSS Region 2, partnering with North Carolina DHHS, local Departments of Social Services, and providers to operationalize a statewide Medicaid plan for child welfare-involved members. This field-based role focuses on ensuring access to integrated physical, behavioral, pharmacy, I/DD, and long-term services and supports while aligning providers with CFSP and NCDSS priorities to improve outcomes. North Carolina residency and travel within the assigned region are required.
