Senior Claims Negotiator

The Senior Claims Negotiator independently investigates, assesses, and settles liability and material damage claims while supporting the delivery of a high-quality claims service. The role involves managing complex, high-value property damage and personal injury claims, liaising with insurers, and overseeing legal service providers to protect the Council's financial and reputational interests. This position requires leading a team and deputising for senior management when necessary.
