About this role

The Client Success Manager at Gain Theory is the primary client contact for marketing effectiveness engagements, focused on ensuring clients derive value from measurement products and services, with particular emphasis on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). The role works closely with client leadership and analytics teams to translate analytical insights into clear strategic recommendations that inform investment decisions. It reports to the Client Success Director and supports client satisfaction, growth initiatives, and high-quality delivery.
