Senior Collections Specialist

CCFBank is seeking an experienced Senior Collections Specialist to manage delinquent and charged-off accounts, identify workout opportunities, and develop repayment solutions that benefit both customers and the bank. The role involves mentoring team members, supporting loss mitigation and recovery activities, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations. This position partners closely with the AVP of Mortgage Processing & Special Assets to minimize losses and help customers succeed through financial challenges.
