About this role

Senior Commercial Counsel at DigitalOcean will serve as the lead legal partner for the Go-to-Market organization, shaping legal strategy and frameworks to enable commercial growth across cloud and AI offerings. The role reports to the General Counsel and supports senior leadership, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive scalable legal processes and enable strategic partnerships. This position also oversees a small legal operations team and provides support for M&A initiatives as needed.
