About this role
Senior Community Lead responsible for designing and leading a key part of Global’s community strategy, building a high-value, engaged customer ecosystem that supports growth, retention, and advocacy. This is a strategic role focused on defining who the community is, why it exists, and how it creates commercial and brand impact rather than day-to-day social publishing. The role partners closely with Marketing, Product and Customer teams and acts as a senior voice of the customer to translate behaviour and sentiment into strategic recommendations.
