The Senior Compliance Counsel serves as a senior leadership role on the Legal & Compliance team, leading data privacy and/or Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance while helping build and run Hydra Host's global compliance program. This position involves designing risk-based policies, procedures, and controls, and partnering with cross-functional teams to embed compliance into the business. The role offers significant autonomy and high visibility with executive leadership to shape the compliance function as the company scales.
