Senior Configuration Professional

The Senior Configuration Professional is a Workday Talent and Performance functional expert who partners with HR, Talent, Performance, Technology, and other business stakeholders to design, configure, test, implement, and support scalable solutions that align with business objectives and enhance the associate experience. This role translates business requirements into sustainable system solutions, provides strategic guidance on Workday capabilities and leading practices, and ensures configuration changes align with enterprise standards, governance, and long-term HR technology strategy. Working within the HR Workday Configuration Team, the individual identifies process improvement opportunities, recommends technology solutions, and helps maintain platform stability and consistent user experience.
