Unity is hiring a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join its People Technology team, focused on supporting and optimizing global talent and benefits processes in Workday. The role partners closely with HR, Total Rewards, and HR Operations to deliver well-designed Workday solutions across the employee lifecycle. This position is based out of Unity’s Bangalore office with hybrid work and non-standard shift hours (2 PM–11 PM IST).
