We Are Overwatch
The Senior Construction Manager (WSFO) will serve as the on‑site liaison for Overwatch Mission Critical, documenting daily progress, monitoring budgets and schedules, and escalating risks during data center construction projects. The role focuses on observation, reporting, and client‑facing communication rather than direct contractor management.
We Are Overwatch is a workforce and operations company that builds, commissions, staffs, and operates the data‑center infrastructure that underpins AI, cloud platforms, and digital connectivity. Branded "#HireHumans" and positioning itself as part of the "Fifth Industrial Revolution," Overwatch recruits, trains, and deploys blue‑collar technicians and crews for construction, commissioning, and day‑to‑day operations. The company’s mission is to put human labor back at the center of innovation, providing reliable on‑site technical talent for cloud providers, hyperscalers, and enterprises that depend on resilient infrastructure.
