Senior Consultant – HR Learning & Development

As a Senior Learning & Development Consultant in the Human Resources & Transformation Business Unit, you will partner with major corporate clients (CAC 40, SBF 120, ETI/PME) to design, deploy, and optimize comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business priorities. Your role involves engineering blended learning journeys, managing digital learning ecosystems including LMS/LXP migrations, overseeing training budgets, and driving change management initiatives to foster organizational culture.
