About this role
The NICE CXone Senior Engineer at TTEC Digital is responsible for end-to-end development, testing, and delivery of the NICE CXone software platform for enterprise contact center solutions. The role combines deep technical engineering with business and consulting skills to support CX transformation, process automation, and omnichannel initiatives. It involves working closely with clients and internal teams to design and implement complex CCaaS architectures and custom solutions. The position is fully remote and based in the Philippines, supporting US daytime hours.
