Senior Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager

A senior commercial role leading contract administration, subcontractor procurement, cost control and commercial reporting on an $85 million Class 2 residential development. The position works closely with the Project Manager, site team and design consultants from early stages through to project close‑out, offering genuine ownership of a major project.
