Senior Corporate Counsel

The Senior Corporate Counsel will drive the corporate legal function at a mature startup, preparing the company for public listing while managing corporate governance, securities compliance, and strategic transactions. This role involves collaborating with the Executive Team, Board of Directors, and internal functional groups to oversee capital raising, M&A, and subsidiary management. The position requires providing legal advice, drafting key documents, and ensuring compliance with federal securities laws and other regulations.
