Senior Counsel

Félix is seeking a Senior Counsel to serve as the General Counsel's first hire, leading commercial contracting and Latin American legal matters for a regulated fintech company. This role involves negotiating and drafting complex agreements across the fintech stack, including partnerships with payment networks, crypto providers, and banking platforms. The position requires a US-qualified attorney with strong experience in technology deals, financial services, and cross-border operations to help build and scale the legal function.
