Senior Creative Project Manager

The Senior Creative Project Manager leads the internal Creative Production studio team, overseeing the end-to-end execution of all branded assets across Pleo, including campaign, performance, and localization work. This role involves managing a team of in-house designers and a copywriter while serving as the strategic operational bridge between the studio and various internal departments. The position focuses on building efficient workflows, managing capacity, and integrating AI into production processes to ensure fast, scalable, and high-quality creative output.
