About this role

The Senior Data Engineer will join NiCE’s CX Engineering team, focusing on workforce management solutions. The role involves building and maintaining real‑time data pipelines, designing scalable machine‑learning and generative AI workflows, and collaborating with ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams to deliver production‑grade features. The engineer will also automate the end‑to‑end ML/AI lifecycle and help integrate large language models into customer‑facing applications.

Responsibilities

Partner with ML engineers and product teams to translate business needs into production features
Build and maintain real‑time data pipelines for feature consumption
Design, build, and maintain scalable machine learning and generative AI workflows
Automate the end‑to‑end ML/AI lifecycle including training, inference, deployment, and monitoring
Collaborate cross‑functionally to develop APIs and UX for seamless feature delivery
