About this role

The Senior Data Scientist will develop and productionize machine learning models and analytical methods to improve merchant onboarding, personalization, and offer relevance within Fiserv's Digital Onboarding team. The role collaborates with data engineers, product, analytics, and business stakeholders to turn diverse data into actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop machine learning models and scoring approaches for merchant opportunity analysis
Analyze customer and merchant data to identify patterns and improvement opportunities
Partner with Data & ML Engineers to productionize models and define feature requirements
Design and evaluate experiments, A/B tests, and KPI measurement frameworks
Monitor model performance, drift, fairness, and ensure responsible AI practices

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
