Senior Deal Structurer

The Senior Deal Structurer will take end-to-end ownership of structuring and negotiating Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) origination deals, ensuring they are commercially sound, properly risk-allocated, and bankable. This role serves as a critical bridge between commercial ambition and project finance requirements, collaborating closely with origination, finance, legal, and project teams throughout the deal lifecycle. The position also involves occasional support for M&A acquisitions and contributing to the continuous improvement of deal structuring frameworks as the company scales.
