This role focuses on building shared infrastructure and tools to accelerate development across Jane's entire engineering organization. The ideal candidate will design systems that leverage agentic AI coding tools to reduce friction and increase productivity for hundreds of developers. You will work closely with product teams to diagnose workflow bottlenecks and create solutions that enable autonomous agents to safely contribute to the codebase.
