Plaid is seeking an experienced Developer Relations Engineer to empower developers by creating best-in-class experiences for integrating with Plaid's financial APIs. The role involves crafting technical documentation, building sample applications and demos, and acting as an advocate to translate developer needs into product insights. This highly visible position requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive adoption and engagement at scale.

Responsibilities

Create and evolve developer documentation for Plaid APIs
Design and build sample applications and tutorial videos
Serve as developer advocate to translate community needs into product insights
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class developer experiences
Maintain developer-facing resources including Postman collections and websites

Skills

Qualifications

5+ years in Developer Relations or AdvocacyProficiency in backend and frontend programming languagesExperience building sample applications and technical demosAbility to write high-quality developer documentationStrong presentation skills
