Senior DFT Methodology Engineer

The Senior DFT Methodology Engineer will architect and develop test methodologies to ensure next-generation silicon is testable, debuggable, and secure from initial bring-up. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement advanced DFT architectures, verify designs, and optimize trade-offs between cost and quality. The position also includes mentoring junior engineers and driving the adoption of innovative DFT methodologies across complex semiconductor products.
