Senior Director, Care Experience Operations

The Senior Director of Care Experience Operations will lead the operating backbone of Homeward’s Care Experience organization, aligning strategy, people, processes, and capacity to deliver consistent, high-quality member experiences at scale. This cross-functional leadership role partners with engagement strategy, contact centers, analytics, product, clinical, and marketing teams to ensure operational readiness, performance management, and scalable execution. The leader will translate enterprise goals into operational plans, establish cadences, and support executive-level planning and communications.
