Senior Director, Command Center Lead

The Senior Director, Command Center Lead leads the strategy and execution of the CALA deployment support model, ensuring seamless hotel cutovers and operational stability across multi-wave transitions. This role involves end-to-end oversight of the Command Center during deployment windows, proactive risk management, and cross-functional coordination with global and regional stakeholders. The position also oversees ServiceNow health, global issue triage, and defect management while leading a team of Deployment Support resources to scale support across a complex property portfolio.
