Senior Director, Corporate Accounting

The Senior Director, Corporate Accounting will lead the head-office and payroll accounting groups for a newly spun-off public company, supporting the VP, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer. This role is responsible for driving the month-end close process, managing treasury and payroll accounting, and ensuring SOX compliance. The position also involves leading accounting teams, managing external audits, and collaborating with various corporate functions to support financial reporting and strategic initiatives.
