About this role

The Senior Director of CRM will lead the evolution of Gametime’s customer communication engine, overseeing the transition from manual campaigns to a predictive, AI-driven decisioning model. This role owns the CRM roadmap and platform strategy while partnering across data science, engineering, and creative teams to scale personalized, revenue-driving experiences. The position will also develop and mentor a high-performing CRM team to embed machine learning and automation into lifecycle marketing.
