About this role
The Senior Director, Engineering – India is the senior engineering leader for Amgen India responsible for establishing and sustaining future-state engineering capabilities aligned with Amgen’s Technology and Workforce Strategy. This role serves as the primary integration point between India-based engineering and Global Engineering to ensure alignment to enterprise standards, global delivery, and inspection readiness. The position reports to Global Engineering with a dotted-line to site leadership and focuses on long-term capability activation and operationalization.
