About this role

The Senior Director, Event Planning will lead the end‑to‑end planning, governance, readiness and integrated delivery of major sporting, entertainment, cultural and civic events for a giga‑project in Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership role is responsible for translating strategic event portfolios into executable plans, coordinating citywide operational overlays, and ensuring alignment across City Operations, O&M functions, venues and delivery partners.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of major events
Develop and maintain event governance frameworks and multi‑year portfolios
Manage budgets, procurement and stakeholder coordination for citywide operations
