The Sr. Director of FP&A at BrainPOP will report to the CFO and lead the FP&A function to provide strategic financial insight and support for executive decision-making. This role is responsible for scaling a high-performing finance team, preparing board and executive materials, and transforming data into actionable insights to support growth and operational efficiency. The position requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can build processes and systems to enable best-in-class financial planning and transparency.
