The Senior Director for Device Plants leads Cytiva’s worldwide device manufacturing network across five strategic sites, setting the operational vision and driving global execution excellence to meet growing demand for filtration devices. This role ensures seamless end-to-end product flow by collaborating with the Senior Director for Membrane Plants and aligning production planning, capacity strategies, and supply chain continuity. The position reports to the Vice President of Manufacturing Operations and requires an experienced global manufacturing executive to raise operational maturity across diverse locations.
