Senior Director / Head of Performance Marketing

The Senior Director / Head of Performance Marketing at Thuma leads growth by overseeing performance and lifecycle marketing across acquisition and retention channels. The role is responsible for building scalable frameworks, optimizing paid media and lifecycle programs, and advancing marketing analytics and experimentation. This leader will collaborate closely with ecommerce, brand, merchandising, CX, data, and engineering teams while serving as part of the executive team. The position is based out of Thuma’s San Francisco headquarters with a hybrid in-office schedule.
