About this role

The Senior Director, Insights & Voice of the Consumer leads e.l.f. Beauty’s understanding of consumers and the brand community, turning data and research into strategic insight. This role owns the vision and infrastructure for consumer listening, research, and analytics across the portfolio, and translates findings into clear narratives that inform business decisions. Reporting to the VP, Global Insights, it partners closely with brand, innovation, digital, and creative teams to embed consumer-centric thinking. The position also builds and mentors a multidisciplinary insights team and manages key external research partners.
