Senior Director, Originations

The Senior Director, Originations drives results within the High Yield Debt Originations team by sourcing and originating commercial real estate high yield debt investments, including mezzanine, bridge, and preferred equity. This role involves managing the entire loan origination process, from analysis and underwriting to transaction negotiation and closing, while serving as a high yield resource to regional teams. The position requires building relationships with prospective borrowers and intermediaries to generate high yield investments across the platform.
