Senior Director, Performance - JLL (Life Sciences Platform)

This role builds and owns the performance discipline for the Life Sciences vertical, establishing standards for scorecards, KPIs, and data governance across all accounts. The position functions as a non-managerial expert responsible for ensuring consistent, credible, and commercially useful performance outcomes while driving automation and capability development. It serves as the central authority for methodology, hiring input, and escalation, reporting directly to senior leadership to maintain measurement integrity.
