The Senior Director, Regional Ecosystem Lead (US West Coast) is a senior strategic representative for CSL in key West Coast innovation hubs, tasked with strengthening the company’s external brand and driving business-development deal flow into the R&D pipeline. The role operates across biotech, academic, and investment networks and partners with internal R&D, BD, and legal stakeholders to align external opportunities with CSL’s portfolio priorities. The position is based in the San Francisco or San Diego area and is a hybrid role (onsite three days per week).
