This role oversees technical documentation, developer experience content, information architecture, multimedia learning assets, and the tooling infrastructure that enables content delivery. The position reports to a VP or C-level leader and manages a global team of writers, editors, and documentation strategists to improve clarity, discoverability, and usability across product documentation.
