Senior Director, Technical Writing

The Senior Director of Technical Writing is a strategic and operational leader responsible for defining and scaling the enterprise-wide content ecosystem that supports customers, partners, and internal teams. This role oversees technical documentation, developer experience content, information architecture, multimedia learning assets, and the tooling infrastructure that enables content delivery. The position reports to a VP or C-level leader and manages a global team of writers, editors, and documentation strategists to improve clarity, discoverability, and usability across product documentation.
