Senior Director, Workday and Shared Services

This role provides strategic leadership for Regal Rexnord’s global HR Technology and HR Shared Services operating model, with primary focus on the company’s Workday environment. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards, it partners closely with HR leaders, IT, and external consultants to shape the HR technology direction and enable the enterprise HR strategy. The position is based in either Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI in a hybrid work arrangement.
