The Senior Director of Workforce Planning & Analytics at VEG leads the development of labor models, workforce planning systems, and scheduling automation to support a multi-unit hospital network. This role oversees enterprise reporting and analytics, shapes forecasting and budgeting processes, and partners across Ops, HR, and Finance to drive adoption and operational improvements. Reporting to the SVP of Operations, the position offers the opportunity to build scalable tools and accelerate the evolution of workforce planning in a fast-growing organization.
