The role provides senior technical leadership for electronics manufacturing processes, overseeing supplier engineering, advanced process development, quality compliance, and risk management in aerospace and high‑reliability environments. The incumbent drives manufacturing strategy, supplier readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring adherence to industry standards and delivering technical guidance to cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop manufacturing strategy for new programs and technology insertion
Lead supplier technical engagements and readiness for NPI and rate increases
Lead development, validation, and optimization of complex electronics processes
